Exciting changes continue at Rocking Horse Farm. Last week, Dakota Underground broke ground on the 134-lot development, and this week they’ve hauled in more heavy equipment and started to remove the existing rural road.
Big things are happening at Rocking Horse Farm. What had been a gentle hum of activity has shifted into high gear, thanks to Dakota Underground, who fired up its fleet of bulldozers and heavy machinery to officially break ground April 16.
The underground utilities bid for Rocking Horse Farm 2nd Addition is 25% under the City of Fargo’s estimate. Dakota Underground came in with the lowest bid amongst five bidders.
